		<description>Updated the tags plugin with 'Simple Tags' as this appears to be the most comprehensive tagging plugin after Ultimate Tag Warrior. (UTW) This plugin really produces a rich website of inter related links for cross referencing. 

Let's see if it also allows a fast enough website without too many queries and overheads</description>
